3. Often your tax clients are where you were just a few years ago. People are always looking to save time so give them the answers fast. What tax challenge have you figured out (maybe the hard way) that you want others to know?
4. Starting a business isn’t always easy so it’s important to remember the big picture. How important is this business to yourself and your family/community?
5. It’s time to leave your mark and create your legacy! What impact do you want to make in the tax industry? What do you want to be known for?
6. What is your vision for your new tax business? Jot down your ideas. I have a template that I give out in my strategy sessions if needed so dont fear!
7. You have to see what type of tax professional you want to be before you get there. See who you are going to be. Who do you want to be in 10 years?
Your purpose and vision are the foundation of your business. Without them, you may lose focus and fail to inspire others with your mission.
